Manufactured Homes
Installation and construction of manufactured homes are regulated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Manufactured homes are also fabricated in a factory and delivered to the location of the home and may be financed by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) or an independent lender.
If you require a Ramp/Porch/Deck/Garage/Carport, please provide a Floor Plan with the desired location.
Modular Homes
Installation and construction of modular homes are governed by the International Residential Code (IRC) and the state where the home is installed. Modular homes are fabricated in a factory and delivered to the location of the home. They may be financed by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) or an independent lender.
All Modular Orders Require a Floor Plan.
Traditional (Site-Built) Homes
Construction of site-built homes is performed on-site and governed by the International Residential Code (IRC). The home may require pre-pour, framing, final or other inspections to meet construction or local jurisdiction requirements.
Commercial
Construction of commercial buildings is governed by the International Building Code (IBC). RCS has experience in the framing/foundation/MEP design of many office buildings, medical clinics, apartments, multi-family housing, retail, commercial etc.
